Yes, once we get a positive pregnancy test, we will follow with a dating ultrasound if you are at least 6 weeks along.
A dating ultrasound is an early scan that will measure heartbeat and the gestational sac to determine how advanced pregnancy is. The heartbeat is the first sign of viability.
You will see a trained client advocate and a certified sonographer.
Yes, we can provide the report of pregnancy as soon as there is a positive pregnancy test OR after the dating ultrasound. This report is usually what Medicaid requires.
